Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and graphics.
  

• Write product descriptions, blogs, website content, and promotional materials.

• Develop creative campaigns to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication of content.

• Coordinate product photography and video production.

Social Media Management

• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.

• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative engagement strategies.

• Grow followers and online community engagement.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.

• Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and sales.

• Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.

• Support email marketing and customer retention campaigns.

Brand Development

• Promote awareness of organic foods, healthy lifestyle products, groceries, supplements, and fashion products.

• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
  
  Startup Operations Support

  • Assist in product launches and promotional events.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

  • Perform additional marketing-related duties assigned by management.
