Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities – Architect 3D Visualizer
Develop accurate 3D architectural and interior models from design drawings.
Produce high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
Create architectural animations, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, landscaping, and post-production effects.
Collaborate with architects and designers to visualize design concepts.
Revise models and renderings based on client and project feedback.
Prepare presentation boards, diagrams, and marketing visuals.
Maintain organized 3D asset, material, and furniture libraries.
Ensure visual quality, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest visualization software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
