Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and implement creative design strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

  2. Lead the Graphics Design team in producing high-quality visual content for all marketing and corporate communications.

  3. Design creative materials for residential and commercial real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, and project profiles.

  4. Develop impactful digital creatives for social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

  5. Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.

  6. Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Content, CRM, and Engineering teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.

  7. Design project launch materials, event branding, exhibition booths, and corporate presentation decks.

  8. Create visually appealing layouts for company profiles, annual reports, newsletters, and promotional publications.

  9. Supervise photography editing, image retouching, and visual enhancement for project marketing.

  10. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, and advertising agencies to ensure quality production.

  11. Develop creative concepts for property branding, hoardings, signage, and outdoor advertising.

  12. Review and approve all artwork before publication or printing to ensure accuracy and quality.

  13. Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, software, and branding techniques.

  14. Maintain the company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all communication channels.

  15. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

  16. Mentor and supervise graphic designers and creative team members to enhance productivity and creativity.

  17. Ensure all artwork complies with company standards, copyright regulations, and advertising requirements.

  18. Maintain an organized library of design templates, brand assets, fonts, icons, and creative resources.

  19. Monitor design performance and recommend improvements to maximize audience engagement and brand recognition.

  20. Prepare periodic reports on creative activities, project status, and team performance.
