Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize performance.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, corporate sales, events, and referral programs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and project presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contract terms with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Manage social media marketing, online advertisements, and lead generation campaigns.
- Oversee branding initiatives and promotional materials.
- Organize property fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, and customer engagement programs.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and recommend strategies for business growth.
