Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize performance.
  • Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, corporate sales, events, and referral programs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and project presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contract terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with management.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate product information.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Manage social media marketing, online advertisements, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Oversee branding initiatives and promotional materials.
  • Organize property fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, and customer engagement programs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
