What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, pacing, and editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI video/creative tools.
• Experience creating AI-generated storytelling or visual content.
• Understanding of voice tone, narration, emotion, music, and sound design.
• Ability to turn a simple idea into a complete visual story.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
• Willingness to experiment with emerging AI technologies.

Tools:

• Experience with Seedance, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is highly valued.
• You don’t need to know every tool. Creative ability and storytelling matter most.

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, AI-savvy storyteller who can turn ideas and scripts into engaging, cinematic videos using AI-powered creative tools.

You should understand storytelling, visual direction, pacing, voice, sound, emotion, and editing, not just video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn concepts, scripts, and briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Create AI-generated characters, environments, visuals, animations, and video sequences.
• Generate and integrate AI voiceovers, narration, music, and sound effects.
• Handle the complete workflow from concept → visual generation → editing → sound design → final delivery.
• Maintain consistency in characters, visuals, voice, branding, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful content.
• Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
