Vision Garments Limited is looking for a
dynamic and experienced professional for the following position:
Job Responsibility:
Analyzing product developments for bulk production feasibility. Regular discussion with Production & Quality management for compatiblllty to achieve customer's required standard.
Trouble shootioig day to day technical issues.
Research & Development of new materials & accessories for to offer production techniques.
Monitoring & maintaining daily records of efficiency improvements.
Introduction of advanced methods towards business developments.
Team building & motivating towards achieving;
Evaluating performance of team members, quality and efficiency of products.
