• Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.

• Must be able to think analytically and strategically.

• Willing to travel for events & activation.

• Able to work for all Showroom Development (across the country) .

• Fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• specializing in commercial interior design, retail environments, or corporate showrooms. (Prior experience in large-scale Electronics or Home Appliance showrooms will be highly valued).

. Technical & Software Proficiency

● Drafting & Modeling: Advanced expertise in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or 3ds Max to deliver precise 2D layouts, structural working drawings, and high-end 3D visualizations.

● Graphic Visual Arts: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design Conceptual layouts, and coordinate with the visual merchandising (VM) team.

● Technical Engineering: Solid understanding of structural MEP coordination, specifically concealed electrical wiring, load calculation for live appliance displays.

2. Spatial Design & Brand Strategy

● Brand Translation: A proven ability to translate corporate brand guidelines and identity into impactful physical realities.

● Retail Psychology: Strong command over space planning, foot-traffic optimization, customer journey mapping, and modern retail display concepts.

●Material & Lighting Mastery: Deep knowledge of commercial-grade durable materials and advanced lighting design (balancing ambient lighting with high-contrast accent lighting to eliminate screen glare and highlight hero products).

● Agility & Timeline Management: Ability to manage multiple showroom projects simultaneously, troubleshoot on-site issues, and deliver under tight deadlines.
