• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva pro, Adobe InDesign (preferred), Adobe After Effects or Premier Pro (optional but an advantage).

• Good Understanding of, motion graphics, and graphic design principles.

• Good understanding of text animation, caption styling & social media design.

• Experience with stock footage and real estate content is a plus.

• Understanding of social media trends and formats.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Job Context:

IDiO IT Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, logo design and visual communication, with the ability to create engaging digital and print materials that align with our company`s objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and advertisements.

• Create branding materials, including logos, brochures, banners, flyers, business cards, and presentations.

• Develop marketing collateral for both online and offline campaigns.

• Edit and manipulate images, illustrations, and visual assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to produce high-quality creative materials.

• Design social media graphics (posts, banners, logo, ads, thumbnails)

• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet company standards.

• Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Revise designs based on feedback from management and clients.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
