Responsibilities & Context:
Manage product development activities by checking Proto Samples (Stage 1, 2 & 3), CFM Samples, and Series Samples to ensure compliance with design and technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain Sample Specification Sheets, Technical Sheets, and all related product development documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate commercialization activities by reviewing and confirming CFM and Series Samples before bulk production.
Conduct and coordinate Design Lab-approved material laboratory testing and maintain approved material swatch books for bulk production.
Follow and update Design Lab working processes in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure timely completion of assigned product development activities in line with the approved business calendar and project timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues during product development and facilitate a smooth transition to production.
