Professional Certification / Training / OthersTraining or certification in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, or Digital Content Creation will be an advantage.Certification in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or other relevant video editing software is preferred.Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, or similar creative AI tools will be considered an added advantage.A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities & Context

Residence Address Builders Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Part-time Video Editor to support its digital marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit promotional, corporate, and real estate marketing videos.

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Edit property walkthroughs, drone footage, project progress videos, customer testimonials, and event coverage.

• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, visual effects, color grading, and audio enhancement.

• Generate creative video concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas using Claude AI and other AI tools.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve editing workflow, content quality, and production efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver high-quality content aligned with the company's branding.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing technologies, AI tools, and social media trends.

• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
