Responsibilities & Context:
Design & Planning: Create conceptual designs, space plans, RAJUK drawings and detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
Construction: Check & confirm layout of internal projects to ensure project is going on as per design.
Code Compliance: Ensure all internal projects meet local zoning laws and building codes.
Vendor Coordination: Manage external consultants, engineers and interior designers.
Budget: Assist in project cost estimates and ensure material specification & work stays within budget limits.
