Responsibilities & Context:
Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction work on-site and ensure it matches the design plans.
Measurement & Billing: Take accurate site measurements and assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
Material Management: Quality & Quantity Check of incoming construction materials and keep records of stock and usage.
Safety & Compliance: Make sure workers follow safety rules and company policies on-site.
