Job Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all restaurant functions, including kitchen, service, cashier, store, and support departments.
Supervise restaurant staff and maintain discipline, productivity, and service quality.
Plan, monitor, and control daily restaurant operations, including manpower deployment, duty rosters, attendance, and overall service quality.
Prepare menus, food costing, pricing, and ensure effective cost and inventory control.
Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, and ensure effective cost control measures are implemented.
Review daily sales, consumption, vouchers, cash, staffing, and operational reports.
Drive sales, marketing, promotions, and business development activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise procurement activities, supplier performance, product quality, receiving procedures, and storage practices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with Head Office, suppliers, employees, and relevant authorities to improve business performance.
Ensure proper maintenance and compliance of stores, refrigerators, freezers, kitchen equipment, and all operational assets.
Develop and implement operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
