Responsibilities & Context:

• To ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of all mechanical equipment and systems in the tiles manufacturing process, supporting uninterrupted production with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Monitor and operate all mechanical equipment used in tile manufacturing (kilns, dryers, ball mills, presses, conveyors, polishing machines, etc).

• Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

• Follow safety rules, PPE guidelines, and maintain safe working conditions.

• Report and rectify unsafe conditions or mechanical hazards.

• Ensure compliance with company maintenance policies and industry standards.

• Maintain daily logbook of machine operations, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

• Prepare and submit breakdown, maintenance, and performance reports to seniors.
