Responsibilities & Context:
Oversees daily plant operations, manages shift workers, and ensures manufacturing targets are met safely and efficiently.
Coordinate production schedules based on project requirements and delivery timelines.
Monitor production progress and ensure completion of works according to planned targets.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production demands.
Supervise daily manufacturing, roll-forming, cutting, bending, or welding processes.
Ensure all production works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Monitor the condition and utilization of production equipment and machinery.
Coordinate equipment maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
Job Other Benifits:
Basic salary: BDT 196,800/-, House rent: BDT 36,900/-, Conveyance: BDT 6,150/- & Medical allowance: BDT 6,150/- per month.
