Lead and manage the overall operations of the Warranty Department.
Develop and implement warranty policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Monitor warranty claim processing to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers for warranty claims, replacements, and reimbursements.
Supervise product receiving, diagnosis, repair, replacement, and return processes.
Ensure compliance with warranty terms, company policies, and service quality standards.
Analyze warranty data, identify recurring product issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate warranty records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor department KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Inventory, and Branch Operations for smooth warranty services.
Train, mentor, and evaluate warranty team members to improve performance.
Handle customer escalations and resolve complex warranty-related issues.
Ensure proper inventory control of warranty, replacement, and repair items.
Prepare regular MIS reports and present operational performance to management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
