• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Warranty Department.

• Develop and implement warranty policies, SOPs, and service standards.

• Monitor warranty claim processing to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers for warranty claims, replacements, and reimbursements.

• Supervise product receiving, diagnosis, repair, replacement, and return processes.

• Ensure compliance with warranty terms, company policies, and service quality standards.

• Analyze warranty data, identify recurring product issues, and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate warranty records, reports, and documentation.

• Monitor department KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Inventory, and Branch Operations for smooth warranty services.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate warranty team members to improve performance.

• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex warranty-related issues.

• Ensure proper inventory control of warranty, replacement, and repair items.

• Prepare regular MIS reports and present operational performance to management.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
