• Age At least 21 years

• Provide technical support to customers in-house, on-site, remotely, or over phone/email.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and other IT equipment.

• Assemble desktop PCs and install/configure hardware, software, drivers, and operating systems.

• Install, configure, and service photocopiers, CCTV (IP & Analog), Access Control Systems, Smart Door Locks, and Smart Doorbells.

• Configure printers, routers, and other peripheral/networking devices.

• Perform Quality Control (QC) on repaired and ready-to-deliver products.

• Assist the Front Desk in identifying customer issues and verifying QC status.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team when required.

• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all service cases are properly closed.

• Keep the workstation clean and follow company policies and safety standards.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
