• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Chemical Industries

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology from any Reputed Public/ Private/ National University

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Chemical Industries

• Age At least 24 years

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong understanding of production processes, machine utilization and workplace safety.

• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and production transactions.

• Familiarity with ISO Management Systems and SEDEX requirements.

• Understanding compliance, documentation and continuous improvement practices will be considered an added advantage.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth and efficient production operations by monitoring the shop floor, maintaining accurate SAP transactions, maximizing machine utilization, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Reports To: Deputy Manager / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily shop floor activities to ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.

• Execute and maintain accurate production transactions and reports in SAP.

• Optimize machine utilization by minimizing downtime and ensuring effective resource allocation.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to resolve operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental (SHE) requirements and promote a safe working culture.

• Verify proper use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety procedures on the shop floor.

• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Prepare and submit daily production and performance reports to Production Manager

• Assist in manpower planning and ensure discipline and housekeeping standards are maintained.
