Manager / Senior Manager – Production / Operations (Battery & Metal)

Blaze Battery and Falcon Aluminium, two rapidly growing business units of RFL Group, are looking for experienced, result-driven, and dynamic professionals to lead Production and Operations functions at our manufacturing facilities.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, maximizing production efficiency, maintaining product quality, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Job Location: Habiganj Industrial Park

Key Responsibilities - Operations

• Lead and oversee overall plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

• Develop operational plans aligned with production and business objectives.

• Coordinate effectively among Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Depot, and Logistics teams.

• Monitor daily operational KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, utilities, and other operational resources.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement operational excellence initiatives.

• Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities - Production

• Plan, organize, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve production targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, raw materials, and production capacity.

• Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and manufacturing standards.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while minimizing downtime and production losses.

• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Reduce material wastage and improve yield through process optimization.

• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to maximize equipment availability.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
