• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, computer applications, and ERP software.
• Communication, Planning and organizing, Teamwork and Leadership Skills.
• Experienced in managerial position and team building.

• Ensuring the proper management of overall production operation.

• Ensuring the quality production of books and supervising the subordinates to minimize/eliminate the errors.

• Preparing overall production planning based on yearly sales forecast.

• Guiding and directing the team with effective leadership quality.

• Preparing the work schedule of the production team and monitor it with proficiency.

• Must have experience and ability to work directly on all types of manual and e-GP tenders.

• Should have the ability to monitor the tasks of the employees of all departments as a whole.

• Should have the ability to do costing analysis and prepare tender in order to get tenders.

• Should have the ability to manage fund independently and bring new tenders, in order to run the project simultaneously and effectively.

• Should have the ability to resolve any problem/ conflict/ rebellion among the labors or during the production operation.

• The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase business, acquire new clients, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets for the factory.
