We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Product Listing Assistant to ensure our online store remains accurate, attractive, and customer-friendly.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and publish product listings on the KickBazar website and marketplaces.

• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.

• Upload product images and ensure they meet company quality standards.

• Enter and maintain accurate product information including:

  • Product Name

  • SKU

  • Category

  • Brand

  • Specifications

  • Price

  • Stock Quantity

  • Product Variants (Color, Size, etc.)

• Research product specifications from reliable sources when required.

• Optimize product listings for better search visibility and customer experience.

• Update pricing, inventory, and product information regularly.

• Coordinate with the Brand & Design team for product images and promotional content.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team to verify stock availability.

• Report listing errors and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.

• Monitor competitors' product listings and pricing trends.

• Assist in launching new products and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

• Excellent typing and data entry skills

• English Communication Skill

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations

• Good written English and Bengali

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly product writing

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple listings

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce product listing or data entry. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Daraz Seller Center, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.

• Knowledge of mobile accessories, consumer electronics, and gadgets will be preferred.
