Company Introduction
KICKBAZAR is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce platform based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We focus on connecting global cross-border suppliers with local small and medium-sized merchants, as well as local end consumers, building a one-stop online shopping and merchant operation ecosystem for the Bangladesh market.
Job Responsibilities
1. Simulate the full operation process of local small B merchants settling in our platform, conduct comprehensive functional testing for the merchant backend, including store opening, product publishing, order processing, fund withdrawal, coupon creation and usage, store decoration, etc.
2. Focus on testing local adaptation functions of Bangladesh market, covering COD cash on delivery, Bkash mobile payment, local logistics docking, after-sales refund and dispute handling modules.
3. Reproduce platform bugs accurately, record complete testing reports including operation steps, error screenshots, fault scenarios and version information, and synchronize feedback to technical development team timely for repair and regression verification.
4. Participate in pre-release acceptance test for new platform versions, assist product team to verify function optimization points, and ensure stable online operation of merchant backend before version update.
5. Collect actual operation pain points and unreasonable function design feedback from the perspective of local small B merchants, sort out optimization suggestions and submit to product manager regularly.
6. Complete other temporary testing tasks arranged by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Currently enrolled university student or fresh graduate, major in Computer Science, E-commerce, Information Management or related majors is preferred.
2. Logical thinking, careful and patient personality, able to bear repetitive functional testing work, strong attention to detail.
3. Basic English reading and writing ability, can understand English backend operation interface and simple test document.
4. Familiar with mainstream local e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh (Daraz, Facebook Shop etc.), with basic understanding of small and medium merchant operation process is a plus.
5. Proficient in basic office tools (screenshot tool, Excel, Word), able to sort out standardized test reports independently.
6. Stable attendance, no frequent leave during internship period, can work on-site full-time.
