Responsibilities & Context:
To oversee the entire factory operation, including production, maintenance, quality control, administration and logistics
To develop and implement daily and monthly production plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives
To coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to meet production targets efficiently
To monitor and enhance production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
To ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
To supervise the quality control process, ensuring that all products meet company and industry standards
To implement and maintain health, safety and compliance regulations within the factory
To manage and lead a medium-sized team, fostering a productive and disciplined work environment
To maintain and analyze factory performance reports, suggesting improvements to optimize output
To oversee logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
