Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor sewing operators and helpers to ensure a smooth workflow, balance manpower across lines, and maintain discipline and productivity.
Track hourly and daily outputs, compare against planned targets, and take corrective actions to minimize any shortfalls.
Conduct inline inspections to identify defects and coordinate with the quality team to resolve any issues.
Ensure the timely readiness of fabric inputs from cutting and hand over sewing garments to finishing for delivery schedules.
Update daily production status and maintain Work In Progress (WIP) according to standards.
Ensure operators adhere to workplace safety rules and proper machine handling protocols.
Prepare and submit daily production reports to line managers, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective measures taken.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
