• 15+ years of experience in Apparel & Garment Manufacturing Operations, with significant leadership experience.

• Strong exposure to Bangladesh garment manufacturing.

• Proven experience in managing large manufacturing units and blue-collar workforce.

• Strong understanding of production planning, industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our Bangladesh apparel business, ensuring operational excellence, quality, cost optimization, and timely deliveries. The role requires strong leadership in managing large-scale garment manufacturing operations while driving productivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory operations across production, planning, quality, and compliance.

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

• Manage large-scale manufacturing teams and optimize workforce productivity.

• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Implement process improvements and operational best practices.

• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and customer requirements.
