• Monitor garment production quality throughout the sewing process.

• Conduct regular inline and end-line quality inspections.

• Ensure garments meet approved samples, specifications, measurements, and buyer requirements.

• Identify and analyze sewing, workmanship, and construction defects.

• Coordinate with Sewing, QC, Production, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeated defects.

• Monitor critical quality points and ensure proper quality control procedures are followed.

• Check quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records.

• Support production teams in improving workmanship and reducing rejection and rework.

• Conduct quality meetings and communicate major defects to the concerned departments.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained from initial production through final inspection.

• Assist in preparing for buyer inspections and audits.

• Report serious or repeated quality problems to management.
