Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect garments during sewing and production processes.
Identify sewing, measurement, workmanship, and fabric-related defects.
Ensure products meet approved samples and buyer quality requirements.
Perform inline and final quality inspections.
Communicate quality problems to the Sewing Supervisor, QC, and Production team.
Follow up on defect correction and re-inspect repaired garments.
Monitor recurring defects and help identify their root causes.
Maintain daily quality inspection reports and records.
