Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily garment production activities and ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Achieve daily production targets according to the production plan.
Monitor line productivity, efficiency, quality, and manpower utilization.
Assign workers to operations according to skill and production requirements.
Ensure proper line balancing and continuous workflow.
Monitor sewing operators, line leaders, and helpers.
Ensure garments are produced according to approved samples, specifications, and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, IE, Cutting, and Finishing departments.
Identify production bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.
Monitor and reduce defects, alteration, rejection, and rework.
Ensure proper handling and availability of materials, trims, and accessories.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper workplace practices.
