• Key Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (specifically in Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office for preparing clear, photo-documented inspection reports.

• Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure, manage strict AQL standards, and ensure quality without missing tight shipment deadlines.

Winter Solution Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented woven garments factory specializing in high-quality jackets, is seeking a talented, experienced, and dynamic candidate for the position of QC Specialist (Woven Jackets & Outerwear) at its factory in Ranavola, Turag, Dhaka.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Quality Oversight: Manage and monitor quality standards at every stage, from initial sampling and PP approval through to final bulk production.

• Material & Trim Inspection: Inspect all incoming fabrics, accessories, and trims before production begins to ensure they meet strict buyer and compliance standards.

• Inline & Final Inspections: Conduct regular inline checks for workmanship and measurements on the production floor, and perform strict final AQL inspections prior to shipment.

• Proactive Problem Solving (CAPA): Track daily production progress, identify root causes of any defects, and work with factory teams to implement immediate corrective actions.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate smoothly with merchandisers, production teams, suppliers, and buyer QA representatives to ensure a seamless, defect-free workflow.

• Standard Assurance & Delivery: Guarantee that every woven jacket strictly follows customer specifications, preventing rework and supporting on-time delivery.
