∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sr. Merchandiser (Woven) - 10 years (at least 5 years experience in making Jacket)
∎ Asst. Merchandiser (Woven) - 5 years (at least 2 years experience in making Jacket)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage order processing from sampling to bulk production.
∎ Coordinate with buyers(Local & Foreign), production, suppliers to ensure smooth workflow & well experience in purchase & procurement.
∎ Monitor fabric and accessory sourcing, ensuring timely availability.
∎ Ensure product quality and on-time delivery per customer specifications.
∎ Track production progress and resolve issues proactively.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
