Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Merchandising teams.
Monitor line efficiency and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
Analyze production reports and take corrective actions to minimize losses and downtime.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and safety standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop production supervisors and line management teams.
Control production costs through effective resource utilization.
Resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow across all sewing lines.
