Ability to work on multiple tech platforms including SharePoint and embrace AI technology to work smarter.

Take ownership of mistakes and adopts a learn and improve approach.

Drive sales growth and margin improvement; this is the number one KPI across all of our customers.

Support costing, pricing validation, and supplier negotiations across different accounts.

Introduce, nurture and develop new vendors across all of our COOs and ensure forward production capacity is catered for.

Build strong product knowledge across all product types and COOs, with a target to achieve full coverage within 3 months.

Lead with a strong work ethic, positive temperament, and ownership mindset.

Always circulate agendas in advance and ensure minutes, actions, and owners are clearly documented.
