• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• Partly qualified or advanced stages of professional tracks like Chartered Accountant (CA / ACA/ CC), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA / ACMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Outstanding communication, sharp cross-functional negotiation skills, high confidentiality, and unyielding professional integrity skills.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation and regulatory requirements.

• At least 6-8 years working experience in the same position.

• Proficiency in using audit management software (Specially ERP) and data analysis tools.

• Experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial documents and audit reports.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Must have knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·

• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques.

Job Context: Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidate for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based annual audit plan targeting high-impact RMG areas, including, commercial procurement, production cost, and payroll.
• Risks analysis of macro and micro-level to focusing—yarn, fabric price volatility, buyer order cancellations, and energy crises.
• Key starting point for determining the quality of execution, which includes risk-based internal audit plans, and strategic plans aligned to an organization’s goals and objectives.
• Build a highly skilled audit team by establishing robust talent development pathways.
• Validate massive raw material procurements (yarn, fabric, accessories, capital machinery) by analyzing purchase rate benchmarks and supplier selection transparency.
• Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, risk management systems and operational processes.
• Write and present clear, high-standard audit reports summarizing systemic operational vulnerabilities and financial control issues directly to top management.
• Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.
• Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management processes.
• Providing management with accurate and timely reports on financial audit findings, including recommendations for improvement.
• Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable as per laws.
• Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
• Make sure internal processes adhere to external regulations and company policies.
