∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ Candidates completed parts of ICMA/ CA will get additional preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of :
∎ Preparation of Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Packing list, Sales Contract , EXP and getting EXP from bank and coordination from Bank for Export Activities
∎ Handling imports along with Custom Formalities . import manifest, delivery order clearance of goods from port and Bill of Entry.
∎ Co-ordination with freight forwarder and Transporter in Bangladesh for delivery of goods from port to factory and negotiation of rate.
∎ Handling Export and Co-ordination with C&F ,preparation Bill of Export, Export permit ,dispatch of goods,
∎ Should have exposure in Bonding Warehouse activities like application for new warehouse, regular inward and outward of materials and finished goods, renewal of Bond, Arranging entitlement, Custom Audit, maintaining Custom register etc.
∎ Co-ordination with customs and BEPZA for getting permission and Preparation of necessary documents for scrap disposal.
∎ Assist in month end activities like finalization of provision, passing entries in SAP, Preparation of monthly sales reports, MIS report (P&L and Balance Sheet).
∎ Arranging for certificate of origin from Chamber of Commerce .
∎ Preparation of FDI report.
∎ Exposure of Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable management.
∎ Exposure in SAP will be added advantage.
∎ Caddied should be well versed in MS-Excel, MS-word and PowerPoint.
Additional Requirements:
∎ High communication skill
∎ Good understanding with government bodies i.e; BEPZA, CUSTOMS, INCOME TAX etc.
∎ Local candidates will get privilege.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
