• Lead end-to-end denim product development from concept to bulk approval, ensuring buyer requirements are met.

• Coordinate fabric, fit, wash, trims, and garment construction throughout the development process.

• Manage proto, fit, PP, and salesman sample development, ensuring timely comments, revisions, and approvals.

• Collaborate with Design, Technical, Merchandising, Washing, Production, and supplier teams for smooth execution.

• Develop innovative denim fabrics, washes, and finishes aligned with seasonal trends and buyer expectations.

• Review tech packs, fit requirements, and construction details to ensure accurate sample execution and quality standards.

• Monitor development timelines, resolve technical issues, and ensure on-time delivery within target cost.

• Maintain effective communication with buyers and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in product development efficiency.
