Responsibilities & Context:
Excellent knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, buyer requirements, and technical SOP implementation.
Ability to optimize manpower, machine utilization, and reduce fabric wastage.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of factory compliance, health & safety standards, and buyer compliance requirements.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
