Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze existing production workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and other resources in alignment with the production schedule.
Recommend and implement improved work methods and process engineering techniques to reduce cycle times and increase throughout across all production units.
Lead the QCO activities, coordination with the CFT (Cross Functional Team) and ensure its proper run.
Ensure theoretical balancing is above 85% for all styles, and line capacity is 15% above the Learning Curve.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to industrial engineering staff to strengthen team capabilities and support career development.
Prepare regular performance reports and present improvement initiatives, challenges, and outcomes to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Save SMV by process development, process merge, method study, work-place arrangement and others activities.
