Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
Good understanding of environmental rules and regulations of Bangladesh.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
·Manage and supervise daily ETP operations for safe and efficient treatment.
·Monitor BOD, COD, TSS, pH, Chromium, Supplied and other effluent parameters.
·Ensure treated effluent meets DoE/environmental standards.
· Control and optimize chemical dosing, energy consumption, and operating costs.
·Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and biological treatment problems.
·Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
·Manage sludge handling, dewatering, disposal, and CETP coordination.
·Maintain ETP logbooks, MIS, test reports, and compliance records.
·Coordinate with Department of Environment (DoE) and regulatory authorities.
·Train, supervise, and manage ETP operators and support staff.
·Continuously improve ETP efficiency, reliability, compliance, and cost performance.
