• Sound knowledge of Knit Garments Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.

• Strong knowledge of buyer quality requirements, inspection procedures, QMS, and garment production processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead the Quality team effectively.

Job Summary

Anowara Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Quality Assurance to lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance function for our Knit Garments operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality from fabric and accessories through production, finishing, packing, and shipment, in accordance with buyer requirements, approved standards, and company SOPs.

The position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of knit garments quality, problem-solving ability, and effective coordination with Merchandising, Production, Buying QC, and Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for all activities of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department.
• Ensure product quality in line with Buyer Tech Pack, Measurement Specifications, Construction Details, Approved Samples, and Quality Standards.
• Monitor quality throughout the complete production process, from fabric and accessories to finishing, packing, and shipment.
• Inspect and follow up Fit Sample, Size Set, PP Sample, Photo Sample, and other required samples.
• Inspect fabric quality, including GSM, hand feel, shade, shrinkage, spirality, pilling, and other applicable knit fabric parameters.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality inspection criteria, procedures, SOPs, and Quality Manual.
• Manage the quality platform and ensure effective implementation of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct and supervise inline, pre-final, final, and other quality inspections/audits.
• Ensure products meet customer and buyer quality requirements before shipment.
• Monitor packing, assortment, carton quantity, carton marking, labeling, and other shipment-related quality requirements.
• Lead and guide the Quality team and ensure effective performance of all subordinates.
• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Production, and Management regarding sample development, production quality, and bulk quality status.
• Coordinate with Buying QC and provide proper support on all quality-related matters.
• Continuously follow up on running orders and provide necessary guidelines to the Quality team.
• Identify quality problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend/implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor, maintain, and review all quality-related reports, records, inspection results, and corrective action reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
