Responsibilities & Context:
The candidate must have strong practical knowledge and experience in handling Target USA requirements, including:
* MCP (Manufacturing Control Plan) – strong understanding and practical implementation at factory level.
* QAFA (Quality Assurance Factory Assessment) – good knowledge of Target QAFA requirements, preparation, implementation and audit readiness.
* Target USA quality standards, specifications and workmanship requirements.
* Target AQL, inspection procedures, defect classification and final inspection requirements.
* Ability to analyze Target audit/inspection findings, identify root causes and implement effective CAPA.
* Experience in preparing the factory and QC team for Target audits and assessments.
* Ability to train and guide QA/QC teams, production teams and supervisors on Target requirements.
* Strong capability to monitor quality KPIs and drive Right First Time / Zero Defect performance.
