Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or any other renowned University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Gazipur or Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow and look after the Fabrics which will be given for dyeing to the sub contract factory or in-house Factory.
∎ Ensure Knit Fabrics quality, conformity with the approved PP Sample Fabric or Buyer FTD Standard.
∎ Control Dyeing of fabrics of different buyers as per their specific quality requirements.
∎ Execute target production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc.) as per buyer requirements
∎ Ensure that each and every batch shades are matched within their tolerance.
∎ Work with Dyeing to check the shade of body fabrics and rib fabric and finish the fabric as per trial roll having proper shade, DTM, brush quality, GSM and hand feel.
∎ Ensure the raw materials and finished goods always meet customer's requirements.
∎ Ensure grey fabrics delivery as per order quantity and collect the finished fabrics as per shipment qty.
∎ Have good understanding of inventory management and delivery statement record keeping.
∎ On time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Coordinate with IPE Manager, GM regarding Fabrics delivered from Subcontract Factory as per TNA.
∎ Ensure the Dyeing Quality with provided Buyer Swatch
∎ Responsible for timely Delivery from subcontract factory keeping the quality.
∎ Source: The New factory for sub contract dyeing.
∎ Coordinate and direct the administrative activities in the dyeing department.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Solve any problem instantly on duty.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Ensure TNA by planning with yarn, knitting production and Dyeing production.
∎ To follow running shade, Dead cotton, Shrinkage and others before delivery finished fabrics,
∎ Have the capability to operate Spectrophotometer Machine.
∎ Have to know the CMC report
∎ Have to keep good relations with factory mid and top Level management for the avail of the company.
∎ Ensure that all the finished fabrics that are delivered to garments are cut table without any major issue.
∎ Keep a relation with all garment sections to solve all quality issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must need to hold a dynamic personality.
∎ Must need to be a key team player having the leading experience of a big team.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Dyeing, Recipe making, Datacolor Matching, Shade checking and getting and confirmation, Fabric Finishing parameters, on time Planning and Delivery
∎ Have experience with batch wise tracking, maintaining shade continuity bands, arranging delivery as per requirement.
∎ Real time working capability in ERP arena.
∎ Ability to work under pressure where the environment will be absolutely goal driven.
∎ Computer knowledge likely, Browsing, E-mail, Office (Word, Excel).
