Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure uninterrupted production flow, achieving maximum output with optimum quality.
Manage manpower effectively and ensure availability of skilled operators.
Monitor and control raw material warehouses, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
Maintain operational efficiency for processing Cotton, PC, CVC, and other blended yarns.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure customer specifications are met.
Act as a team leader during emergencies and ensure quick problem resolution.
Prepare and present regular production reports and MIS updates to management.
Participate in customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
