• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Textile Quality Assurance. Sound knowledge of fabric testing, shade management, color fastness, and buyer compliance requirements.
• Experience with Ralph Lauren, American Eagle, Target, and other international buyers will be preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct and monitor Pretreatment, Dyeing, Finishing and Yarn Dyeing Quality Control activities.

• Perform fabric quality tests including pH, GSM, Width, Absorbency, Whiteness, Yellowness, Tear Strength and Pick-up%.

• Conduct Shade Checking, Shade Continuity, Listing, Hand Feel and Repeat Size inspections.

• Ensure shade matching and continuity as per approved Lab Dip, PP Sample and Buyer Standards.

• Monitor and control fabric running faults throughout the production process.

• Conduct Color Fastness Tests including Washing, Water and Rubbing.

• Inspect bulk PP samples for shade, hand feel and repeat size and ensure timely submission as per buyer requirements.

• Maintain PP Approval Records, Production Files and Buyer Standard Documents accurately.

• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Quality and relevant teams to ensure bulk color matching with approved PP samples.

• Visit Buying Houses and Garment Factories for shade decision, wash trial and approval purposes.

• Prepare and submit Dye Lots as per buyer-specific requirements, particularly for Ralph Lauren and American Eagle.

• Handle Ralph Lauren Self-Approval Accreditation (RMQC – Level 02 Pro) requirements.

• Handle Target Buyer BPIA and support effective QMS implementation and self-approval processes.

• Take overall responsibility for Buyer Shade Approval and ensure compliance with buyer standards.

• Ensure all quality and shade-related activities comply with Buyer Requirements, QMS Procedures and Company Quality Standards.
