• Sound knowledge of knit fabric properties, garment construction, and common defects.

• Strong understanding of AQL sampling standards and inspection methodologies).

• Proficiency in quality management tools.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) systems and procedures throughout the production process.

• Lead the QA team, ensuring effective manpower planning, work allocation, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with customer quality standards, specifications, workmanship requirements, and approved samples.

• Review and analyze quality reports, defect trends, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), rejection, rework, and alteration data.

• Participate in pre-production, pilot run, inline, end-line, and final inspection activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA records, reports, inspection checklists, and quality standards.
