Experience:

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order commitments and management priorities

• Lead daily booking and production meetings to ensure production & team alignment

• Capacity mapping by analyzing floor capacity and machine requirements to ensure highest level efficiency

• Prepare and execute TNA (Time & Action) plans and ensure on-time delivery

• Coordinate with floor supervisors to track hourly output against highest machine efficiency targets

• Monitor & follow up on urgent, short quantity, and re-dye orders

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans according to urgent shipment, machine breakdown, or material shortage

• Maximize machine utilization and reduce idle time

• Ensure availability of raw materials during production planning

• Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and wastage

• Prepare Daily Production Report, Efficiency Report, Capacity Report, and MIS

• Prepare production reports highlighting variances and corrective actions

• Submit Plan vs Actual analysis to management
