Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile.
∎ Skills required: Dyeing Lab, Textile Lab

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the CMC report, shade check with standard & Quality of fabric, Lab Dip, Quality.
∎ Carry out regular quality assurance procedures for washing, colorfastness testing.
∎ Following up in-house tests keeping, liaison with production, fabric & merchant team and technical team for development & testing.
∎ Identify the testing problems & find out the solutions of problems.
∎ Communicate with External Testing Laboratory (SGS, ITS) for sub-contract testing.
∎ Ensure proper Documentation of dye recipes and processes for each fabric order, for future reference.
∎ Ensure to follow the proper equipment, test methods for testing of different test parameters. Develop new test methods as per customer's demand.CMC Report, Color fastness, shade test By Data color Spectrophotometer.
∎ Shrinkage test, Twisting test report before wash and after wash.
∎ Coordination among GM, Dyeing Staff, merchandising department and dyeing lab regarding daily lab testing issues.
∎ Implement a Quality management system in the laboratory.
∎ Ensuring all documents and records in the lab are maintained properly.
∎ Responsible for validation of methods and calibration of the instruments.
∎ Shad check with data color spectrophotometer as well as visually check.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Dyeing Lab, Textile color Lab, Textile Laboratory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Textiles.
∎ Knowledge on Garment washing, colorfastness & chemical testing.
∎ Work location would be at factory.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
∎ Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor's Merchandising team
