Winter Solution Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented woven garments factory, is seeking a talented, experienced, and dynamic candidate for the position of QC Specialist (Woven Jackets & Outerwear) at its factory in Ranavola, Turag, Dhaka.

1. Pre-Production Setup: Review PP samples, size sets, and buyer specifications to catch and resolve potential risks before bulk production begins.

2. Inline & Final Inspections: Conduct regular inline checks for workmanship and measurements. Perform strict final AQL inspections to approve or reject shipments.

3. Root Cause & Corrective Action: Analyze quality issues on the floor, identify root causes, and work with factory teams to implement immediate corrective actions (CAPA).

4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with merchandisers and factory production teams to track status, highlight risks, and prevent shipment delays.

5. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare clear, photo-documented inspection reports in English. Ensure all production strictly follows buyer compliance and quality standards.
