• Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining blown film extrusion machines in a plastic manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of blown film extrusion processes, machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

• Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and preventive maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.
