• Invoice Management:
  Print all customer order invoices accurately, avoiding any duplication or omission. Ensure each invoice is properly logged and tracked.
  

• Team Coordination:
  Distribute printed invoices among pickers, monitor workflow, and ensure timely execution of picking tasks.
  

• Process Supervision:
  Oversee product fetching based on invoices, ensuring the right products are picked from the right shelves and passed on to the QA table.
  

• Issue Briefings:
  At the beginning of the shift, review mistake reports from the previous day and brief the team to avoid repeat errors.
  

• Workflow Monitoring:
  Maintain pace and accuracy so that all orders are ready for dispatch handover in the early morning without delay.
  

• System Entry & Tracking:
  Ensure all invoices and fulfillment data are accurately recorded using Google Sheets or the company’s internal system.
  

• Accountability & Reporting:
  Submit an end-of-shift report covering order execution status, delays, issues, and team discipline to the operations team.
