• Age 24 to 40 years

Manage the complete discharge operation of mother vessels carrying bulk coal.

Coordinate with shipping agents, port authorities, customs, C&F/CNS agents, and all relevant stakeholders.

Plan and supervise stevedoring operations to ensure safe and efficient cargo handling.

Arrange and manage lighter vessels for cargo transfer from mother vessels.

Coordinate the loading of coal from mother vessels to lighter vessels.

Monitor the movement of lighter vessels to designated dump yards across the country.

Ensure timely cargo evacuation to prevent congestion and vessel delays.

Prepare daily operational reports on vessel discharge progress and lighter utilization.

Coordinate with surveyors, port authorities, terminal operators, and shipping lines.

Monitor cargo quantities, loading/discharge rates, and operational efficiency.

Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Optimize logistics planning to reduce operational costs and improve turnaround time.

Take full responsibility for minimizing or eliminating demurrage by ensuring efficient planning and execution.
